We are in search of a dynamic Product Marketing Manager for our cutting-edge products and solutions. This role demands a blend of technical understanding and marketing prowess to effectively communicate the value of our products to diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling, translating complex technical features into compelling benefits that resonate with our target markets.

Your responsibilities

Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market, aligning with customer needs and market trends.
Collaborate with the product management team to deeply understand product features, roadmaps, and user personas.
Create and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including planning, messaging, and channel strategies to achieve product adoption and sales goals.
Design and develop impactful marketing materials, including sales collateral, website content, case studies, and product videos, to articulate product benefits and features.
Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, using this data to inform product and marketing strategies.
Work closely with the sales team to enable them with the necessary tools, materials, and training to effectively sell and support our products.
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads, drive product adoption, and increase customer engagement.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
Foster cross-functional collaboration within the company to ensure a cohesive approach to product marketing.

Your profile

As a passionate marketer, you will share our story with the world to drive our mission forward. You will be an early member of the marketing team and will play a critical role in inspiring, informing, and delighting audiences of all levels as they discover and use Aleph Alpha's technology and products.

4+ years of experience working in product marketing or an adjacent function
Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts
Strong communication and writing skills
Ability to distill technical product capabilities into benefits for an organization
Experience in speaking with enterprise, or government customers
A proven track record of marketing to technical audiences and working closely with Sales teams
Experience working (e.g., briefing, cooperating) with partners such as freelancers or agencies
Experience in SEO

Nice to Have:

Experience working at a startup in an early growth phase, preferably in machine learning
Proficiency in German
