Your profile
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment of world-class tech talent, ideally from working at a fast-growing startup
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methods and relevant tools
  • Track record of designing and establishing recruiting processes within a dynamic high-growth environment
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders involved in the recruitment process
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and metrics to improve the recruitment process
  • Proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Your responsibilities
  • Develop, establish and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job postings, managing candidate data, and ensuring compliance with legal and company policies
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, job specifications, and requirements for each position
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-quality candidates, including sourcing, social media campaigns, job fairs, and employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and applications and conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role and the organization 
  • Attract and source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers  
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings on selected candidates 
  • Facilitate the hiring process, including preparing job offers, negotiating terms and conditions of employment, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in Personio 
  • Keep up to date with the latest recruitment trends and techniques and incorporate them into the recruitment strategy to improve the quality of hires
