- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment of world-class tech talent, ideally from working at a fast-growing startup
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and selection methods and relevant tools
- Track record of designing and establishing recruiting processes within a dynamic high-growth environment
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders involved in the recruitment process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and metrics to improve the recruitment process
- Proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
