Field Marketing Expert (m/f/d)

Overview
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Field Marketing Expert to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing field marketing strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. The Field Marketing Expert will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with a deep understanding of marketing principles and a proven track record of success in B2B technology marketing. 
Your responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define target markets, customer personas, and value propositions. 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. 
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, email marketing, events, and PR. 
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales enablement tools and ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts. 
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to execute marketing initiatives. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and technology to ensure our marketing strategies are innovative and effective. 
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance and provide regular updates to senior management. 


Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. 
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B technology marketing, preferably in the AI or software industry. 
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices, with a focus on lead generation and demand creation. 
  • Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. 
  • Proficient in digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive marketing decisions and optimizations. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally. 
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
