Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic student to join our team as a part-time working student for marketing. This role will provide valuable support to our revenue team and assist in various marketing activities. You will gain practical experience in the field of dynamic marketing while contributing to the success of Aleph Alpha. This position is ideal for a motivated student who is eager to learn and grow their skills in a professional setting.
Your responsibilities
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. 
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support the development of marketing strategies and customer insights. 
  • Help create and update marketing collateral, such as sales presentations, brochures, and website content. 
  • Support the execution of events, trade shows, and webinars, including logistics, materials preparation, and post-event follow-up. 
  • Assist in managing and growing our social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Support the coordination and execution of marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. 
Your profile
  • Currently enrolled as a student in a marketing/economics discipline  
  • Fluent in English and German   
  • (ideally) previous experience in working with software-as-a-service companies  
  • Available to work 16 to 20 hours per week  
  • Able to work at least 50% on-site at our office in Heidelberg  
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skill set  
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically 
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently. 
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team environment. 
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to contribute.
