As we navigate through this growth, we are looking for a Head of Marketing (m/w/d) who will be responsible for creating, leading and executing the global marketing strategy. This includes the overall brand positioning and the marketing communications. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of driving growth and engagement for a B2B tech software company.
Develop and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy that drives demand, user acquisition, engagement, and retention
Define the company's brand message and positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing communications
Oversee the development and execution of all marketing campaigns, including inbound, outbound and account-based marketing, content marketing, social media, and events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment on marketing goals and messaging
Manage a team of marketing professionals and oversee the hiring and development of marketing staff
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.
Work with product management to develop go-to-market plans for new product releases and updates
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that spending is aligned with company goals and objectives
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Report on marketing performance and share insights and recommendations with executive leadership
10+ years proven experience in marketing, of which several years in senior positions
Successful track record of driving growth and increasing brand awareness
Experience in B2B with complex technology (e.g. AI, ERP or SaaS)
Strong understanding and passion for technology are highly desirable
Highly strategic and analytical mindset
Strong leadership presence and experience in building and leading high-performing marketing teams
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Able to develop and manage marketing budgets effectively
Fluent in Englisch. Any other language (e.g. German) is a plus
