As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Aleph Alpha GmbH, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top technical talent for our organization. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams like our research & software engineering teams to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Your responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with our business goals.
Develop and maintain recruitment plans, including job descriptions, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in technical talent acquisition.
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
Utilize various channels and tools, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and conferences, to source and engage with technical candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of passive and active candidates within the technology industry.
Screening and Selection:
Review resumes, conduct initial screening, and assess candidate qualifications and technical skills.
Conduct comprehensive technical assessments, including coding exercises, technical interviews, and behavioral interviews.
Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:
Work closely with HR and hiring managers to develop competitive and compelling offers for selected candidates.
Negotiate and finalize employment terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry standards.
Collaborate with the HR team to streamline the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
Establish and track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate sources, and diversity metrics.
Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, performance, and progress toward goals.
Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
