Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced (Senior) Team Lead to oversee and drive our sales initiatives within either the automotive/manufacturing or public vertical. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of success, and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass targets. The Senior Team Lead will report directly to our Chief Customer Officer and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the company's revenue objectives. 

Your responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and collaborate with key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving sustainable, long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the company's overall objectives, utilizing market insights and data-driven approaches.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance the team's capabilities and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for process improvements and sales strategy optimization.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and remain ahead of the curve in the dynamic automotive/manufacturing or public sector.
Your profile
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, demonstrating a track record of driving sales teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets with a focus on the field of automotive/manufacturing or public.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, performance metrics, and the ability to leverage data-driven insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and empower sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities, coupled with a client-centric approach to building and nurturing relationships.
  • Strategic mindset, with the capacity to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans that align with company objectives and market dynamics.
