Team Customer Assistant (m/f/d)

  • You are solution-oriented and eager to take the initiative.
  • You have gained some practical experience as a secretary, assistant, or in a similar position.
  • You are fluent in English and German (written and spoken)

Your responsibilities
  • Support your colleagues from different departments in their processes for efficient and targeted collaboration
  • Support and document company processes and projects using Confluence, Jira, miro a.o.
  • Project management support (e.g., project organization, documentation. research, and coordination of meetings).
  • Handling administrative tasks to support the design of the company's processes and support the business of the Customer team
  • Willing to use Aleph Alpha AI ideas and components to improve business processes and project management
